If your order does not arrive within the 2-4 week delivery window please contact our support team at support@salt.chime.com. Please include your order number. We are happy to provide you your tracking number for most items!
If your order was shipped and gets lost/stolen in the mail, we will provide one replacement order per user. After your first replacement order, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
