Order Refund & Resend Policy
- Refund Policy:
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Salt redemptions can be refunded within the same day of the redemption, provided the redemption has not been processed or used. (please note our processing time is very quick)
- Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted via our support team at support@saltlabs.com. We will process the refund in Salt credits within 3 business days.
- Refunds will only be provided in the form of Salt credits. No cash equivalents will be issued, and you cannot exchange Salt fThe Salt amount refunded will be credited back to the user’s account with no additional costs.
- Non-Refundable Situations:
- If the redemption has already been fulfilled and/or used (e.g., a service has been consumed or the product delivered), the refund will not apply unless there’s proof of error or defect.
- Resending Redemptions:
- Incorrect or Lost Redemptions:
- If you haven’t received your redeemed product or service within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@saltlabs.com.
- We will verify your claim and, if necessary, resend the specific item at no additional Salt cost.
- Proof of Delivery:
- If we have proof of delivery from the shipment provider but you still haven’t received the item, we will do our best to work with the delivery providers to verify delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but are happy to work with you and the shipment provider to report the loss or theft and obtain more information.
- Incorrect Information:
- If incorrect information (such as a wrong shipping address or incorrect redemption details) was provided during redemption, please notify us immediately. We will correct the issue and resend the redemption if it hasn’t been processed, at no additional cost. (please note our processing time is very quick)
- We are unable to edit your information once the order has been processed/fulfilled so please enter your information carefully.
- Damaged Goods:
- If you receive damaged goods, contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of receiving), and we will resend the item with no Salt charge after verifying the damage.
- Exchanges:
- This policy states that all redemptions are final and that the company does not offer exchanges.

- We reserve the right to deny refunds or resending redemptions if fraudulent behavior or misuse of Salt is suspected.
